We accept returns up to 30 days for online and in store purchases. If you purchased a product online you will have to cover the shipping costs to our store and will incur a 25% restocking fee. If a product arrives with manufacturer defects we will cover shipping costs to the store to inspect it and order a replacement or a full refund. Please call us to initiate this process.
Our showroom is still open to those willing to wear a mask inside, so yes! Some items will be indicated as online only but you can call about an item to see if it’s available in the store. If it is, you may simply purchase it in the store.
We have thousands of samples in store and we encourage you if you’re nearby to come in to look and feel the samples. Pictures can only do so much justice!
